TERMS & CONDITIONS
The small print - tedious but important !
To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience, please take a moment to read the following terms relating to your treatment booking at HARTA retreat:
1. Booking & Deposit

A £20 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your treatment. This deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before your scheduled treatment time.
2. Payment of Balance

The remaining balance for your treatment is payable directly to your therapist, who will contact you after booking to arrange payment. This payment must be made no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment (or immediately if your treatment is booked within 48 hours of the scheduled time).
3. Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice should you wish to cancel your treatment. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund of the deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the treatment cannot be refunded.
4. Responsibility & Liability

All treatments are provided directly by the therapist, who is fully qualified and insured. Your therapist will discuss any relevant health considerations with you prior to treatment.

Please note that HARTA retreat provides the treatment space only and cannot be held responsible for the provision, quality or outcome of any treatment service. Any concerns or issues relating to your treatment should be raised directly with your therapist.
