HOW TO BUY YOUR GIFT CARD(1) Complete the order form below. Don't forget to select your chosen delivery method ! A printed gift voucher can be posted or a PDF version can be emailed.(2) You will receive an order confirmation by email with an invoice and payment link. Once payment is received the gift voucher is sent via your chosen delivery method.This gift voucher can be used towards a stay at HARTA retreat for 12 months from date of purchase (weekdays - min 2 nights; weekends - min 3 nights).
HOW TO REDEEM YOUR GIFT VOUCHER
(1) Check the availability calendar on the website for your preferred stay dates.
(2) Then simply call or email us with your preferred dates and provide your unique gift voucher code. Weekend and popular dates get booked up quickly so we advise booking well in advance of your required / preferred dates.
(3) We will contact you to confirm booking and process any additional costs or extras for your stay.
The small print:
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed online. Gift vouchers can be redeemed as payment against a stay to an equal or greater value and must be used by the expiry date. Gift vouchers are valid 12 months from issue date. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or used to buy a gift voucher, nor can they be extended. No change can be given from a gift voucher, entire value must be used in one visit. If the total value of your stay at is greater than the Gift voucher, the excess is the responsibility of the gift voucher holder. Costs associated with travel to and from the chosen place are the responsibilities of the gift voucher holder.
Promotional Free £50 Christmas Gift Voucher:
Promotional £50 Christmas gift vouchers are valid until 31 March 2024. The booking must be made within this time, but the stay can fall outside of it. Only one promotional £50 Christmas gift voucher can be used per booking. Promotional £50 Christmas gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or gift voucher. Our promotional £50 Christmas gift voucher campaign ends on 24 December 2023 at 11.59pm.

"Stayed with my partner over Valentine's weekend, was such a lovely experience. Beautifully decorated and in a lovely location for exploring North Devon. Although the weather wasn't always on our side, we still made use of the outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and indoor bathtub. On the evening where we couldn't cook outside, a homemade curry and a bottle of wine was brought up to our tent, was a real treat. Really welcoming hosts and hoping to return in summer.""
