A: HARTA retreat is located in North Devon, England. Anyone worldwide can purchase our gift vouchers online. Digital wellness and spa vouchers are delivered instantly via email, while glamping stay vouchers can be sent either as a printable PDF or as a beautifully printed physical gift card posted to any UK address.
Q: What happens if a glamping stay costs more than the voucher value?
A: If the recipient wishes to book a longer stay or add luxury extras to their glamping trip, they can easily pay the remaining balance over the phone or via a secure payment link when we finalise their reservation.
Q: How long are HARTA retreat experience vouchers valid?
A: All our North Devon glamping and wellness gift vouchers are valid for exactly 12 months from the date of purchase, giving the recipient plenty of time to choose their perfect season to unwind.

Gift vouchers can be redeemed as payment against a stay/service to an equal or greater value and must be used by the expiry date.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or used to buy a gift voucher, nor can they be extended.

"Stayed with my partner over Valentine's weekend, was such a lovely experience. Beautifully decorated and in a lovely location for exploring North Devon. Although the weather wasn't always on our side, we still made use of the outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower and indoor bathtub. On the evening where we couldn't cook outside, a homemade curry and a bottle of wine was brought up to our tent, was a real treat. Really welcoming hosts and hoping to return in summer.""
