Wintering Well at HARTA retreat invites you to step out of the whirl and return to that rhythm. Inspired by the concept of wintering - the practice of honouring rest and renewal - this two-night stay offers the chance to slow the pace, regain perspective, and find comfort in the darker months.

 

Set within Devon’s peaceful countryside, your stay takes place in a private, fire-lit luxury tipi, with underfloor heating, a log burner, and an adjoining bathroom complete with a freestanding bath. There’s no dashing through the cold or compromising on comfort; this is winter at its most inviting. Every detail is designed to keep you cocooned in warmth while surrounded by nature’s quiet.

You’ll also have access to the Santai  Wellness Cabin, where a sauna and cold plunge offer a simple reminder that, like the earth itself, our bodies thrive on both warmth and contrast to restore balance.

 

As you enter the tipi, a ready-lit log burner will welcome you, alongside a Wintering Well Gift Box - thoughtfully curated with small rituals to support your wellness during your stay and serve as gentle reminders of calm and restoration once you return home.

HOW TO BOOK 

  • Select your preferred tipi – either Wintering Well Package – Dancing Deer or Wintering Well Package – Sitting Bull.

  • Choose your dates for a two-night stay.

  • No need to add continental breakfast – this is already included in the package price. If you’d like to order a curry or other optional extras, please add these at this stage.

  • Complete your booking via the normal process.

 

If you’d like to extend your stay at the reduced nightly rate of £85 (excluding breakfast), please contact us directly to arrange this. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll be in touch with full details to help you prepare for your restorative Wintering Well experience.​
